Rookie-year inserts and autographs get sold as rookies. Sellers title 2023 Prizm Color Blast #9 'ROOKIE Color Blast', and 2023 Select Rookie Signatures RS-APR is rookie-branded by name, but TCDB flags neither as RC. Neither is a candidate in the rookie dispute.
