Why this card matters
His first UFC-licensed card, released 24 February 2010, and the one eBay's catalogue tags as a rookie. Topps skipped him entirely in 2009 Topps UFC Round 1 and Round 2, so nothing with a UFC licence carries him before 2010 — an odd gap for a fighter who headlined UFC 67 in February 2007.

Rookie labelling only. Main Event was released 24 February 2010, seven months ahead of 2010 Topps UFC Series 4 on 24 September and ten months ahead of Topps UFC Knockout in December, so it is his first UFC-licensed card rather than one of two candidates. eBay's catalogue title prints '(RC)' while SportsCardsPro's rookie field reads 'No', and no Cro Cop card carries a printed rookie designation.

The 25 February 2010 date that circulates is the publication date of Cardboard Connection's review of the product, not a second release date.
