Why this card matters
A bout card pairing the young Filipović — again as 'Mirko Tigar' — with Ernesto Hoost, the most decorated K-1 heavyweight of the era. It is the best-documented card of the 1997 Bandai series (it has an eBay catalogue title and a clean s-l1600 scan) and is the practical way to confirm that the Tigar cards are him.
