The first Holly Holm trading card of any kind that could be documented, from a product Cardboard Connection dates to 22 April 2015 — about eight weeks after her UFC 184 debut and seven months before she knocked out Ronda Rousey. She occupies #100, the final slot in the 100-card base checklist, which is where late checklist additions usually land. Its Mat 1/1 parallel is the single most chased piece of Holm cardboard; Collectibles.com's page for her headlines the '2015 Topps UFC Knockout Mat #100'.
Collectibles.com's Holly Holm register states 'Holly Holm debuted as a Rookie in 2015' but does not name a card; SportsCardsPro marks her 2015 base cards 'Is Rookie Card: No'. Cardboard Connection has no Holly Holm player guide (its /player/holly-holm URL returns 404), so the usual tiebreaker is missing. The release-order argument for Knockout #100 rests on Cardboard Connection's dates alone.
Sellers describe the 2015 Topps UFC Knockout #100 Silver /199 and Gold /99 as 'the rookie'; they are parallels of the same card. Collectibles.com's automated 'Top Rookie Cards' block for Holm lists 2025 Topps Midnight UFC Glimmer Graphs autographs, which are not rookie cards by any reading.

Topps also skipped her in 2014 Topps UFC Bloodlines, released 17 December 2014, although she had already signed. The head kick that took the bantamweight title off Ronda Rousey landed on 15 November 2015, too early for a card of its own — Topps Now UFC did not start until 2016. What followed instead was 2015 Topps UFC Chronicles #268, which despite its product year shipped on 3 February 2016 and carries her base-only, with no place in the Chronicles Autographs, Victorious Debut Autographs or Octagon of Honor Autographs checklists. 2016 Topps UFC Knockout then opened at #1 with her, a year after she had arrived at #100 in the same annual product; it was locked while she was champion and released on 30 March 2016, three and a half weeks after she lost the belt to Miesha Tate. Her earliest certified signature is the 2017 Museum Collection Framed Autographs #FA-HH, an on-card case hit that did not ship until 28 February 2018 and exists only as Gold Frame /15, Silver Frame /5 and Black Frame 1/1 — a total population of 21. Sources disagree on which card to call her first: Collectibles.com's register holds the 2018 Topps Chrome UFC autograph, released 19 September 2018 and carrying the same FA-HH code, as the earliest it records. That 2018 Chrome release also finally gave the UFC 193 knockout a card of its own, Notable Knockouts #NK-HH, nearly three years after the fight.
2019 Topps UFC Knockout, out 8 May, gave her base #54, an autographed jumbo fight mat relic #AJM-HH and the dual autographed jumbo mat book #DAJF-JH /10 shared with Cris Cyborg — the scarcest Holm card with a documented print run. Panini's first licensed Prizm UFC, released 28 April 2021, then put her at base #4 and handed her the #1 card of its Knockout Artists insert, the same lead position Topps had given her in 2016. Her widest single-product footprint is 2023 Panini Select UFC, out 21 July 2023, which spreads her across Concourse #44, Octagonside #253, a Snapshots insert, a Sparks relic and the Octagon Action Signatures autograph, whose ladder runs Flash, Red /99, Blue /75, Purple /49, Tie-Dye /25, Gold and Gold Flash /10 to Black and Cracked Ice 1/1s.

Her first licensed card is 2015 Topps UFC Knockout #100, released 22 April 2015, the last slot in a 100-card checklist; 2015 Topps UFC Champions #149 followed later in the year.
The UFC 193 head kick landed on 15 November 2015, too late for a Topps Now UFC card — that line did not start until 2016. Instead she got 2015 Topps UFC Chronicles #268 (released 3 February 2016), the #1 slot in 2016 Topps UFC Knockout (30 March 2016, weeks after she lost the belt to Miesha Tate at UFC 196) and #41 in the 45-card 2016 Topps UFC Museum Collection.

2019 Topps UFC Knockout (8 May 2019) gave her base #54, an autographed jumbo fight mat relic AJM-HH and the dual autographed jumbo relic book DAJF-JH /10 shared with Cris Cyborg — the pairing the archive already records from the Cyborg side.
