Why this is the rookie

Her 2012 Finest UFC autograph #A-RR came first, but Cardboard Connection notes she has no base card in 2012 Finest. That card is an autograph insert with a '1st Autograph' stamp and no RC designation, so it is her first card but not her rookie card.
Rousey's first base-set card, the final number in the 150-card 2012 Topps UFC Bloodlines set (TCDB lists the set's release as December 7, 2012). The front shows the Strikeforce logo and her armbar on Miesha Tate from the March 2012 title fight, so it pictures her Strikeforce run rather than her UFC era.
The 2012 Finest '1st Autograph' is often sold as a 'rookie auto', and 2013 Finest #30 as an 'RC' because of its DEBUT tag. The 2018 WWE Women's Division #25 is sometimes marketed as simply 'Rousey rookie card' without the WWE qualifier.
