Why this card matters
Her first autograph under Panini's UFC licence, from the 6 October 2021 Chronicles release — issued the same year she came out of retirement. Origins Autographs is a 40-card checklist and her name is on it alongside a second Chronicles signature in the 46-card Flux Auto subset.

- 40-card Origins Autographs checklist within Chronicles UFC.
- Cardboard Connection's checklist shows Tate as the 19th line of the Origins Autographs subset, captioned 'Miesha Tate, Bantamweight'.
- Her Flux Auto counterpart is listed as the 5th line of that 46-card subset (#FA-MST on Collectibles.com).
Disputed
The two sources number this card differently. Collectibles.com catalogues it as #OA-MST (and the Flux card as #FA-MST); Cardboard Connection's checklist renders the Origins Autographs entries as plain sequence numbers, putting Tate at 19. The initials form is recorded here because a card register is more likely to reflect the printed number, and this subset is given its own setSlug so that a plain '19' could not collide with Chronicles base #19.
