Why this card matters
The closest thing Chandler has to a card that says 'rookie' on the front: Donruss Optic's Rated Rookie design, signed, inside Chronicles UFC. For a fighter who had already held a world title for the better part of a decade, a Rated Rookie autograph is the oddity that makes his rookie-year run worth collecting.
