Why this card matters
The earliest Liddell card on TCDB: one of ten oversized (4" x 3.5") promo cards that TCDB says were handed out with a stick of Big Red gum to promote the first UFC video game. It predates his Topps cards by nine years, but it is a giveaway promo rather than a pack-issued card, which is why price guides and sellers don't treat it as his rookie.
