2015 Topps UFC Champions #15
The starting point of Joanna Jedrzejczyk's card history. Topps skipped her through all three of its 2014 UFC products even though she debuted in the UFC in July 2014, so nothing exists before this: the 2015 Topps UFC Champions base set, released 28 October 2015, is where the first Polish UFC champion finally appears on cardboard, seven months into a title reign that ran to five defences. Because the print run is a standard Topps base card and she is card #15 of 200, raw copies are common; the chased versions are the numbered parallels.
Sources disagree on whether her first card is a rookie card at all. eBay listings and dealers call 2015 Topps UFC Champions #15 her RC; SportsCardsPro's data field says it is not; Collectibles.com says she 'debuted as a Rookie in 2015' while its Rookie Cards module lists 2021 Panini Chronicles UFC White Sparkle parallels.
Sellers occasionally advertise the 2021 Panini Prizm UFC #180 or 2021 Panini Chronicles UFC cards as rookies because they are from Panini's first licensed UFC year. Her cards start in 2015.

Card history
Jedrzejczyk debuted in the UFC on July 26, 2014 and won three times that year, and Topps ran three UFC products across the same twelve months without carding her once: Knockout on May 16, Champions on September 17 and Bloodlines on December 17 all skip her. There is no 2014 Jedrzejczyk card, and no Polish-market or Muay Thai issue predating her UFC run turned up on any checklist or dealer page. Her cardboard starts seven months into a title reign that would run to five defences.

Base #15 out of 200 is her earliest card, with Black /188, Blue /88, Gold /25, Red /8 and Platinum 1/1 above it; Fighter Autographs FA-JJ, from the 73-card signature checklist, is her first certified signature; and Championship Clashes CC-10 pairs her with Carla Esparza, the card of the UFC 185 TKO that made her the first Polish UFC champion. Whether #15 counts as a rookie card is unsettled: sellers list it as an RC, SportsCardsPro's own field says it is not one, and no source describes an RC logo on the card.

Base #246 sits in a 275-card retrospective with a deeper ladder than Champions — Green /288 and Black and White /188 under Gold /88, Red /8 and a Sepia 1/1 — and the Victorious Debut insert VD-22 finally cards the debut win over Juliana Lima that nobody carded at the time. The same checklist gives her a Victorious Debut Autograph numbered /25 and a manufactured medallion, MED-18.
She lost the belt to Rose Namajunas at UFC 217 on November 4, 2017, and the middle of her run is the thin part: Topps held the UFC licence into 2019, but no Chrome or Museum Collection card of her from those championship years is catalogued here with a confirmed number, and after FA-JJ her signature went largely unissued for six years. The volume arrives only once Panini takes over, long after she had left the title picture.
2021 Panini Prizm UFC, April 28, 2021, puts her at base #180 in the horizontal half with the deepest colour ladder she has — sixteen tiers down to Gold /10 and Black 1/1 — plus the case-hit Color Blast #8, Fireworks #7 with its own Black Prizms version, Fearless #5 and Instant Impact #13. Select followed on July 30 with three tiers off one checklist slot, Concourse #45, Premier Level #141 and the short-printed Octagonside #205, and Select Signatures #42 /99, her first serial-numbered autograph. Her Hall of Fame inductions then brought the high-end treatment: Topps Royalty UFC has her on base #35, Relic Jewels RCJ-5, Superior Relic Signatures SRS-JJ, Influential Ink IIA-JJK and a Prodigious Pairings dual with Zhang Weili for the UFC 248 fight that put both of them in the Fight Wing.

She debuted in the UFC on 26 July 2014 and won three times in her first year, but Topps' 2014 Knockout (16 May), Champions (17 September) and Bloodlines (17 December) checklists all skip her. There is no 2014 Jedrzejczyk card to find.
2015 Topps UFC Champions, out 28 October 2015, carries base #15, the Championship Clashes CC-10 pairing with Carla Esparza, and Fighter Autographs FA-JJ. Everything a Jedrzejczyk collection is built on comes out of this one product.
2015 Topps UFC Chronicles shipped on 3 February 2016 with base #246 and a Victorious Debut insert (VD-22) that finally cards the UFC debut win over Juliana Lima, plus a Victorious Debut Autograph numbered /25 and a MED-18 medallion.
She lost the belt to Rose Namajunas at UFC 217 on 4 November 2017. Topps kept making UFC cards through 2019 before losing the licence, but no Chrome or Museum Collection card number for her could be confirmed from a reachable checklist this research.
The first licensed Panini UFC products put her everywhere: Prizm base #180 with a sixteen-tier rainbow, the Color Blast #8 and Fireworks #7 inserts, Select at three tiers (#45, #141, #205) and Select Signatures #42 /99, her first numbered autograph.

2015 Topps UFC Champions #15, released 28 October 2015, is the earliest Jedrzejczyk card this research could verify in any product, licensed MMA or otherwise. Topps' three 2014 UFC releases were each checked against a checklist and none includes her: Knockout (released 16 May 2014, before her UFC debut), Champions (17 September 2014) and Bloodlines (17 December 2014). The market calls #15 her rookie — eBay listings carry '(RC)' — but no source consulted shows an RC logo on the card or an RC flag in a database record, and SportsCardsPro's structured field for it reads 'Is Rookie Card: No'. So it is recorded as her earliest card rather than a designated rookie card.
