Francis Ngannou

Ngannou's cardboard starts with 2017 Topps Chrome UFC #78, the first of his two RC-flagged Topps cards. His run as UFC heavyweight champion lined up with Panini's first UFC sets in 2021. After leaving the UFC he returned in 2025 as a PFL fighter in Panini Contenders PFL and in Combat Anthology.

His first trading card, in the first Topps Chrome UFC set (released September 20, 2017 per TCDB). It came out less than two years after his December 2015 UFC debut. TCDB lists refractors from Green /99 down to SuperFractor 1/1.

Commonly misidentified

SportsCardsPro's details field and Sports Card Investor's list do not mark any Ngannou card as a rookie. Sellers often call 2021 Prizm #52 a 'rookie', but it is not RC-flagged.

Card history

Ngannou has no pre-UFC cards on TCDB. His cards begin with 2017 Topps Chrome UFC #78 (released September 20, 2017), an RC with a full refractor rainbow from Green /99 down to SuperFractor 1/1. The 2017 Topps Museum Collection UFC set, which reached shops on February 28, 2018, added a second RC (#13) and his first certified autographs, Museum Autographs #MA-FN with Copper, Gold and Emerald parallels.

Panini's UFC licence started with Prizm in April 2021. That year he had Prizm #52, a Prizm Signatures autograph (#SG-FNG) and a /49 Absolute Tools of the Trade autographed relic in Chronicles (October 2021).

TCDB lists no Topps UFC cards for Ngannou after Topps got the UFC licence back through Fanatics in 2024. His next cards are from Panini: three 2024-25 Panini Instant PFL cards (#25–27) marking his October 19, 2024 win over Renan Ferreira, then 2025 releases: Contenders PFL (#7, with ticket parallels plus 2004 Throwback and Crown Jewels inserts) and Combat Anthology.
