Why this card matters
Whittaker's first certified autograph card, and it took until April 2021 - more than eight years after his UFC debut and four years after he won the middleweight title. He signed nothing across Topps' entire 2015-2018 licence, so there is no rookie-year auto and no 'first auto' bargain earlier in his run; Octagon Signatures #24 is where his signed cardboard starts.

Disputed
Two checklist sources (Cardboard Connection and Cardsmiths Breaks) both place Whittaker at Octagon Signatures #24, but neither gives the parallel ladder or print runs for his card, and no per-card page was reachable (SportsCardsPro's Octagon Signatures console listing truncates before the W rows; TCDB could not be reached). Cardboard Connection's checklist also carries a 'not in Green' annotation against his line, which suggests at least one coloured tier skips him - that annotation could not be corroborated. Whether the signature is on-card or a sticker was not confirmed this research.
