Why this card matters
Moreno's first licensed card of any kind, from Panini's 'Debut Edition' Prizm UFC released 28 April 2021 — six weeks before he beat Deiveson Figueiredo to become the first Mexican-born UFC champion. Because Topps never issued him a card in five years of holding the licence, this is the whole of his pre-championship cardboard. It sits in the vertical half of the 200-card base set (100 vertical, 100 horizontal).
Identification
Missing a back scan. Contribute one.
- Card #38, listed as Flyweight on the checklist
- Vertical layout (cards 1–100 of the base set are vertical)
- Base is a plain chromium card with no Prizm rainbow — the Silver is the entry-level parallel, not the base
- First-year Prizm UFC design carries the 'Debut Edition' branding on the packaging, not the card
| Silver and coloured Prizm parallels of #38 are separate rookie cards. | They are parallels of the one base card; the RC status belongs to #38 itself. |
