Topps' Ripped article cites a '2018 Topps Chrome UFC Tier 1 Wave Refractor #UFCT-TF' numbered /99; Cardboard Connection lists the Tier 1 Chrome insert as UFCT-TF without giving its parallel print runs, so the /99 applies to the insert's Wave Refractor rather than to the base card.
