Card numbers help more than photos; photos help more than descriptions. A shoebox photo is a fine start.

Front and back, flat, daylight. Phone photos are fine.

Any format. Photos, a spreadsheet, a note.

A number or a trade proposal, usually the same day.

If the number isn’t for you, that’s a normal outcome.

Own something with a detail no site has documented — an Onyx from Round 2, say? A scan helps even if you’re not selling, and gets credited as a source.
